Welcome to Revantra. This Website is owned and operated by Ishaani Enterprises. By accessing or using this website and purchasing our products, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. PRODUCT ACCURACY & COLOR DISCLAIMER

  • Digital Display: We make every effort to display the colors and textures of our silk and semi-silk sarees as accurately as possible. However, actual colors may vary slightly due to digital photography lighting, fabric sheen, or your monitor’s display settings.

  • Handloom & Fabric Variations: Minor irregularities, slight unevenness in the weave, or small thread pulls are natural characteristics of authentic handloom and semi-silk fabrics. These are not considered manufacturing defects.

  • Blouse Piece: All sarees come with an unstitched running blouse piece unless explicitly stated otherwise in the product description.

2. PRICING AND PAYMENTS

  • Currency and Taxes: All prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR). Prices are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise at checkout.

  • Price Modifications: We reserve the right to change prices for our products at any time without prior notice. Orders already placed and confirmed will not be affected by price changes.

  • Payment Methods: We accept secure payments via Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, UPI, and popular digital wallets.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Currently we don’t provide COD facility.

3. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

  • Processing Time: Ready-to-ship sarees are dispatched within 2–3 business days. Sarees requested with customized Fall and Pico services require an additional 2–3 business days before dispatch.

  • Domestic Shipping: We ship PAN India. Delivery usually takes 5–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Free shipping applies to orders above ₹5,000.

  • International Shipping: We ship globally. Delivery takes 7–14 business days. Crucial: International buyers are solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local clearance fees levied by the destination country.

4. RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND CANCELLATIONS

  • Return Window: To request a return or exchange, you must contact us within 72 hours / 3 days of delivery.

  • Mandatory Unboxing Video: To claim a return or exchange for damaged, stained, or incorrect items, you must provide a continuous, unedited unboxing video from start to finish. The video must clearly show the courier label, the sealed package being opened, and the defect. Without this video, no claims will be entertained.

  • Condition of Return: The saree must be completely unused, unwashed, unaltered, and folded in its original format. All tags and original packaging must be intact. Sarees with custom Fall and Pico work completed are strictly non-returnable.

  • Cancellations: Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placement or before they are dispatched, whichever is earlier.

5. PRODUCT CARE AND LIABILITY

  • Fabric Maintenance: All silk and semi-silk sarees sold on our website are Dry Clean Only.

  • Limitation of Liability: We are not responsible for any damage caused to the product after delivery due to incorrect washing, ironing, improper storage, or regular wear and tear.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  • Content Ownership: All content on this website—including product images, text descriptions, graphics, logos, and website layout—is the exclusive property of Ishaani Enterprises. Copying or downloading images for commercial use or re-selling without our written permission is strictly prohibited.

7. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

  • These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kollam, Kerala, India.
